The room was impeccably clean and had a separate bathroom. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, not far from Leyburn and the falls, and only about four miles to Bolton Castle. The glorious views of the Wensleydale hills were truly breathtaking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful dales either by car or on foot. The surroundings were lovely, with a large water feature to the rear and just a short walk to the stunning waterfall. The hotel itself was very cosy and welcoming, with some very good ales at reasonable prices. The staff were not only polite and friendly, but also showed many small examples of real attention to detail, which is the essence of good customer service.
We highly recommend this place to anyone. There were no negative aspects to our stay.
